We've all learned to subconsciously sabotage how much fun, joy and success we experience in leadership/work, life and love. We first learned our limit from our family of origin. Now it is ours, and we have the opportunity to consciously raise it.

In this class, we’ll do individual/pair/group exercises to identify your ULP habits/patterns, shift them and expand! Handouts included.
