Halotherapy is a natural treatment that may benefit patients with respiratory ailments, as well as other conditions. It works by exposing you to natural salt vapors. Halotherapy is helpful for: coughs, viral infections, ear infections, allergies, sinusitis, eczema, psoriasis, acne, stress, headaches, and depression.

During halotherapy sessions, you recline on “zero gravity” chairs in a halotherapy or “salt” room while a salt vaporizer pumps salt vapor into the air. You breathe this vapor into your lungs. Our salt room walls are lined with Himalayan salt bricks that are backlit for the majority of your 45-minute session. During the last 15 minutes of your session, the lights are dimmed and the summer night sky is revealed on the ceiling. Peaceful music accompanies your session creating a thoroughly relaxing experience.
