We’re living in a time pervaded by fear: the “age of anxiety.” We often don’t realize how much fear, stress and anxiety we experience on a daily basis.
We’ll explore 4 types of Fear and how they show up in your body: Fight, Flee, Freeze and Faint. You’ll discover your personal fear signature plus learn what to do about it. Each Fear is paired with a Melter or Antidote: Ooze, Sumo, Wiggle and Love Hold. By moving your body in these new ways, you’ll instantly shift, navigate through and around blocks, and increase your experience of flow, creativity and success.
