Get a glimpse of your own 3 Talents, recognize the diversity in those you work with, and learn how to use the Talents to:

·      motivate your people and leverage their gifts (plus better meet your current and potential customers) by tailoring how you engage each of them, and

·      hire the best people for the job, team and culture by how you advertise and screen candidates.
